Effective Date: October 2026. These terms govern the software engineering, product development, and consulting services provided by DJ’s Outsourcing Private Limited.

SECTION 01 / IP & OWNERSHIP

Intellectual Property & 100% Code Ownership

At DJ’s Outsourcing, we believe you should own what you pay for. All custom source code, documentation, database schemas, Figma designs, and deployment configurations developed by our engineering pods belong 100% to you upon milestone settlement.

Zero Proprietary Lock-in: We build on standard, well-documented open-source foundations (Python, Laravel, React, Flutter, Node.js). We never bundle proprietary framework extensions that require recurring licensing fees.
Direct Git Repository Ownership: Code is committed directly to your company’s GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket organization throughout every sprint.
Full IP Assignment: Our standard contracts include comprehensive intellectual property assignment clauses covering all patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Privacy Statement & Data Protection (GDPR Aligned)

This statement outlines how DJ’s Outsourcing Private Limited collects, uses, and safeguards information gathered through our web platforms and engineering engagements.

Information You Volunteer: When submitting an inquiry, scheduling a technical consultation, or applying for an engineering role, we collect contact information (such as your name, corporate email address, and project brief).
We Never Sell Your Data: We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your contact details or project briefs to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
Internal Use Only: Submitted information is used strictly to evaluate your technical requirements, prepare estimates, or correspond with your engineering team.
Server Telemetry: Standard server logs record anonymous telemetry (browser type, referral source, pages viewed) solely to detect malicious bot activity and maintain server uptime. Individual visitor sessions remain strictly anonymous.

SECTION 03 / CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Standards (NDA)

We treat every client codebase and business workflow as strictly confidential. Before initial technical discovery conversations or code audits, we execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) protecting your trade secrets and system architecture.

Employee Covenants: All software engineers, solutions architects, and project managers sign binding confidentiality and intellectual property assignment agreements upon employment.
Biometric Delivery Campus: Our headquarters in Naranpura, Ahmedabad enforces biometric badge access, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, and secure, isolated development networks.
Network Segregation: Client development environments run on isolated virtual LANs (VLANs) with role-based access control and encrypted storage volumes.

Artificial Intelligence & Code Privacy Policy

As an engineering firm implementing modern LLM and AI automation solutions, we enforce strict data hygiene boundaries:

No Public Model Training: Proprietary client source code, customer databases, internal documents, and API payloads are never used to train or fine-tune public foundation models.
Enterprise Zero-Retention APIs: When integrating external LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini), we utilize enterprise API tiers with contractual zero-data-retention agreements.
